Our property contact database
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Hotel Creators maintains a database of properties that work with content creators. Most entries hold a general business address such as info@ or reservations@. Some hold the name and work email of a marketing or press contact at that property. This page explains what we hold, why, and how to have an entry changed or removed.
Who we are
The database is operated by LJ Group Ltd EOOD, trading as Hotel Creators. You can reach us at support@thehotelcreators.com.
What we hold
For each property: the property name, city, country, property type, whether it works with creators on a hosted-stay or paid basis, and a contact email address. Where the published contact for a property is a named person, we also hold that person's name and, in some cases, their job role.
We do not hold private contact details, home addresses, personal phone numbers or any special category data.
Where it comes from
Contact details are collected from publicly available business sources: property websites, press and media pages, tourism board and industry directories, and public business listings. We also add properties that contact us directly asking to be listed.
Why we hold it
We hold it so that content creators who subscribe to Hotel Creators can contact properties about collaborations. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) UK and EU GDPR: our interest, and our subscribers' interest, in reaching the business contact responsible for marketing partnerships at a property. We have assessed this against the rights of the individuals concerned. The data is professional contact information, used for a business purpose, in the ordinary course of that person's job.
Who can see it
Contact details are visible only to paying subscribers, behind a login. They are not published on our public website, not sold as a list, and not shared with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
We keep a contact for as long as the property is active and open to creator collaborations. Entries are reviewed as part of our regular database maintenance, and contacts that are no longer valid are removed.
Your rights
If your name or work email appears in our database you can ask us to:
- see what we hold about you
- correct it
- remove you entirely
- object to us holding it at all
Email support@thehotelcreators.com with the property name and the email address concerned. We will remove or correct the entry within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Removal requests are honoured without question. We do not require a reason.
If you want your entry replaced with a general address for your property rather than removed altogether, say so and we will do that instead.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request you can complain to the data protection authority in your country. In Bulgaria this is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
